Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle packages and pallets with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Must possess a valid driver's license (Class C or higher).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
