Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process to meet daily production deadlines.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
