Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, putaway, and shipping documentation with precision
- Operate RF scanners and inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to resolve stock discrepancies
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Participate in month-end physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for facility access)
- Basic Excel skills for report generation
