Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Manage warehouse stock using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accurate documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment
- Audit inventory systems for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
