Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately scan, label, and inventory incoming/outgoing materials
- Maintain organized storage systems with precise documentation
- Operate warehouse technology (WMS, RF scanners) for real-time tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Preferable experience with RF scanning technology
