Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory records in WMS systems with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
