Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow and meet production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and dock operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach in fast-paced environments
