Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate in temperature-controlled and outdoor environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
