Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Support loading/unloading operations for high-volume shipments
- Document operational data and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness in confined spaces
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license required
