Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution centers
- Inspect and maintain forklift equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Accurately track inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA/Forklift License)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with overtime potential
- High school diploma or equivalent required
