Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Accurately scan and inventory materials using RF scanners
- Load/untractors and stage goods for shipping/receiving
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform routine equipment pre/post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors on workflow optimization
- Complete daily paperwork and digital logs accurately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
