Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unroll freight trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Support warehouse cleanup and 5S compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse forklift experience
- Ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts with weekend flexibility
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Pass pre-employment background/driving record check
