Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity
- Complete training on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) weekdays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical screening
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
