Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy boxes and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
