Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing machinery and automated conveyor systems
- Perform quality checks on packed items for damage or accuracy
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Report equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
