Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners and WMS software
