Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to all warehouse protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to North County San Diego facility
