Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and priority codes
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory zones and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Update inventory systems in real-time using warehouse management software
- Assist in cycle counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems and digital checklists
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas facility
- Attention to detail with error rates below 1%
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
