Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Optimize order fulfillment to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse/picker-packer experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner operation knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and speed
- Valid forklift certification preferred
