Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Meet daily productivity targets (80+ picks/hour)
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to pass background/drug screen
- Comfortable with repetitive motions and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Experience with RF scanners preferred (training provided)
