Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and quality before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% order accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping team for seamless order transitions
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Reliable transportation to 451 Innovation Drive, San Jose
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
