Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Optimize inventory storage through systematic organization and space utilization
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to regional distribution centers
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment through daily safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-paid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
