Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse management system instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld scanners to update inventory in real-time
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or picker/packer experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation may be required)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
