Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Package goods securely with protective materials and labeling
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for inventory movement
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to Mission Street location
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly (with reasonable accommodation)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screen
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
