Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Verify item locations and quantities to ensure 100% accuracy in all shipments.
- Packaging: Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and that items are securely packaged for transit.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Load Preparation: Load and unload merchandise onto delivery trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including overtime.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and handle repetitive tasks.
