Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and condition before packaging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks or pallets using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
