Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to picking tickets and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting tasks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass background check and drug screen
