Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely into boxes to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
