Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks daily
- Maintain organized staging areas and dock zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Meet/exceed productivity targets of 80+ units/hour
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily with breaks
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
