Responsibilities
- Scan, pack, and label orders using provided industrial equipment
- Verify inventory accuracy against pick lists and packing slips
- Operate automated packaging machinery (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality before boxing
- Maintain organized workstations and equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to North Kansas City facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
