Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in a warehouse setting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for damage before packing and report discrepancies
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining proper documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
