Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed using RF scanners
- Verify product details against packing slips and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Report discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- RF scanner or barcode reader experience
- Valid Florida driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to NW Miami location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
