Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders using our proprietary inventory system
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging
- Maintain detailed inventory logs and shipping documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team on order fulfillment priorities
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve inventory discrepancies promptly
- Optimize packing processes for efficiency and cost reduction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience
- Proficient with digital inventory systems (RF scanners, ERP software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
