Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones and replenish stock as needed
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and overtime
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our San Francisco facility
