Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
