Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safe operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and handle overtime shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (familiarity with scanners is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
