Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays or customs issues
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or shipping coordination with international experience
- Proficient in customs regulations (HTSUS, NAFTA) and INCOTERMS
- Advanced skills in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical abilities with Excel proficiency
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Spanish language proficiency highly desirable
