Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and vendor teams
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
