Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Optimize freight routes to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics with precision
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
