Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Monitor real-time shipments and proactively resolve transit delays
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipment records in WMS and TMS systems
- Analyze shipping performance metrics and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct shipping coordination experience in a high-volume environment
- Expert knowledge of FOB, Incoterms, and LTL/FTL shipping regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle urgent shipment issues
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with carriers and international partners
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
