Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage customs clearance for international shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate rates with carriers
- Implement continuous improvements to reduce shipping costs and transit times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification preferred
