Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across multiple carriers
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking and documentation systems
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve logistics issues
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and customs requirements
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and freight carriers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of LTL, FTL, and international shipping protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- OSHA Hazmat certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
