Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) and compliance with DOT/FMC regulations
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to optimize routing and reduce costs
- Oversee inventory control and warehouse receiving/distribution processes
- Prepare shipping reports and analyze logistics KPIs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet client delivery SLAs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs brokerage, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CTL, CSCP) a plus
