Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, certificates of origin)
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and reporting
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with documentation accuracy
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
