Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and negotiate carrier contracts
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Analyze shipping data to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
