Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products to/from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, conveyors) and follow SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
