Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Perform cycle counts and stock audits to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Inspect and prepare shipments for transport following company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/ERP system exposure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
