Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting operations
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
- Perform quality control checks on products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
