Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support receiving and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- No experience or background check required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Reliable transportation to Liberty Ave facility
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Pre-employment drug screening required
