Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience necessary - training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to North LA facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability including weekends (OT available)
- Pass background check and drug screen
